01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tc444 ("the Platform", "tc444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc444 website at tc444.io and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and content provided therein.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the tc444 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method of access used.

These Terms should be read alongside the tc444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tc444. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

tc444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the tc444 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tc444 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that would prevent lawful use of the platform.
• You have not previously had a tc444 account suspended or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms.
• You are opening only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

Age Verification Process

tc444 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. Age verification requires submission of at least one of the following government-issued documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport (any nationality where applicable)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)

tc444 may request additional supporting documentation at any time, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

03 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and other services on tc444, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tc444 login credentials, including your username and password. tc444 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify tc444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your tc444 account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

tc444 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tc444 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same personal details, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are subject to immediate suspension. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided at tc444's discretion. Players who have had a previous account suspended are not permitted to open new accounts without prior written approval from tc444's compliance team.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tc444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tc444 does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions conducted in BDT. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless one is set by the player through the responsible gaming tools. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the tc444 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to appear.

tc444 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in the name of the tc444 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment method does not belong to the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have successfully completed KYC verification and have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative method has been verified under KYC. tc444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns consistent with fraudulent activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tc444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus rules, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by tc444 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms and conditions at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds are not withdrawable and any withdrawal request will be processed against the real-money balance only.

Bonus Eligibility & Abuse

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for bonuses during any exclusion period.
• tc444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus awarded as a result of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any activity that tc444 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts opened to claim duplicate bonuses will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all bonus funds being forfeited.
• tc444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses and promotions are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or assigned.

Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

tc444 runs seasonal promotions aligned with key events in the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each such promotion carries its own specific eligibility criteria, qualifying period, and wagering requirements, which will be communicated clearly at the time the promotion is launched.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tc444 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, event, or game. General betting and gaming rules that apply across all products are set out below.

Acceptance of Bets

tc444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events or markets that are suspended, subject to a pricing error, or where tc444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is cancelled or refused, any stake deducted from your account balance will be returned.

Void Bets & Abandoned Events

A bet may be declared void by tc444 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed; the market was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error; the event does not proceed on the scheduled date under the applicable rules; or a clearly incorrect result is initially reported and subsequently corrected. In all void bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

Live & In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play markets may be suspended at any time by tc444 at its absolute discretion, particularly in response to significant developments in the event being wagered on. Bets that are accepted after the outcome has been determined — due to a delay in data feeds or any other technical issue — may be voided at tc444's discretion.

Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games available on tc444 are provided by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are consistent with the provider's published specifications. tc444 does not alter RTP values or intervene in game outcomes in any way.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tc444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance (including real-money funds under investigation), and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using tc444 for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited. tc444 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the tc444 platform by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one tc444 account, whether personally or on behalf of another individual, is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, systematic abuse of wagering requirements, or collusion with other players is prohibited.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, or any form of automated software to interact with the tc444 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, influencing the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, or participating in any form of match fixing in connection with bets placed on tc444 is prohibited.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access any part of the tc444 platform beyond your authorised user account, including any administrative or back-end systems, is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against tc444 is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

08 Responsible Gaming

tc444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform's responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings at any time without needing to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set and reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits. Reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases require a cooling-off window.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tc444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the platform; or create derivative works based on any tc444 content.

Any unauthorised use of tc444's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The tc444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of tc444 and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

10 Privacy & Data

tc444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tc444.io/privacy-policy. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tc444 includes registration information (name, date of birth, address, email), payment information, device and connection data, gaming activity records, and communications with the tc444 support team. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, conduct KYC and anti-money laundering checks, and improve the platform experience.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tc444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

tc444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Termination

tc444 reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services, features, promotions, or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms that affect player rights will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
• Non-material or clarificatory changes may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication at tc444.io/terms-conditions.
• Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Termination

You may close your tc444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned via your most recently verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

tc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, where tc444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, including in connection with fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online platforms accessible in Bangladesh. By using tc444, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tc444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any nature relating to the same subject matter.
